The Application for Minion Ar is a powerful augmented reality app equipped with a robust & user-friendly interface that allows you to unfold new realities of the world around you. Using the app, you can view superimposed digital information on real-world objects and print materials. It allows you to interact with 3D models, animation, characters, etc. in real-time. In a nutshell, you can now connect with your favorite brand on a deeper level using Minion Ar.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
Users can use the application without registering to our platform. The Application obtains no user information. However, the application registers the device token to send push notifications.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No user data is shared with any third party. However, app usage data is collected by third party analytics engine to optimize and improve user experience. We use analytics served by our third party providers to analyze how users use our app. This helps us work out what elements of the app are working and helps us improve them.
Other information
The application uses camera on your smartphone to recognize images and show dynamic content on-screen on top of what you see through the camera on your screen. The technology is called ‘Augmented Reality’.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@minionmediagroup.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Copyrights and Trademarks
The augmented reality images and videos have been created by Minion Media Group or submitted to Minion Media with permission from a third party. By submitting their artwork, video, or logo to Minion Media Group the submitting party acknowledges that you either own the trademark or have obtained permission from the trademark owner or an authorized licensee of the trademark owner to use a trademark and you may use it in any authorized manner. Therefore, through the submission of your artwork, video, and/or logo to Minion Media Group, you are hereby giving authorization to Minion Media Group and its suppliers to use the artwork for both the creation of Augmented Reality images, animation, and videos for the Minion AR App as well as the use of the images for the entertainment of our users and in future marketing or advertising.
If you have not obtained permission to use a third party’s trademark, you may only use that trademark if your use is considered “fair use” under applicable trademark law or your use is otherwise non-infringing. Please note that, depending on the specific circumstances, use of a third party’s trademark in your content may constitute trademark infringement if you do not have permission to use the trademark. If you intend to use a third party’s trademark in your content, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use does not constitute trademark infringement.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
